Amy D. Carlin, Esq.
Amy Carlin is a Partner of the firm. She has extensive transactional and litigation experience in a wide variety of practice areas. She counsels individuals and corporations on business and transactional matters including preparing and negotiating asset purchase agreements, corporate and business documents, employment agreements, licenses, confidentiality agreements and commercial and residential leases. Ms. Carlin has a broad range of experience litigating in the state and federal courts including complex commercial, contract, employment, real estate, landlord and tenant, construction and matrimonial litigation.
