
Rose Greenberg is the Co-Chair of the Firm’s Real Estate Department and also handles significant corporate law matters. Her core areas of practice and expertise are complex commercial real estate and leasing and development transactions, and she represents national retail establishments and major corporations in leasing and developing business sites throughout the United States, sponsors of commercial condominium developments, Boards of mixed-use condominium buildings, New York/Tri-State Area landlords, and varied purchasers and sellers of commercial properties. She also has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating real estate joint venture agreements for institutional investors as well as developers/managers, and in representing borrowers in real estate financing transactions. Ms. Greenberg’s corporate transactional background includes representing buyers and sellers of businesses (stock sale and asset sale transactions), and advising in the formation of early stage companies, including drafting and negotiating shareholder, operating, and partnership agreements for new business owners as well as buy-sell, equity “put” and “call” rights, and other similar provisions which facilitate the amicable separation of business interests.
