Mr. Rosen is an expert and well respected for developing quick, efficient, and cost-effective strategies for achieving his client’s goals, and then successfully executing on them. His years of litigation experience allow him to identify and then proactively address potential problems before they ripen into time consuming and costly business problems or litigations. He adds significant value to his clients’ business when they engage him early in the process to serve as their outside general counsel.
Mr. Rosen is himself a business owner (multiple franchise restaurants) and the Managing Member of restaurant holding companies, and is thus keenly aware and well versed in the nuances and interplay between aggressive business practices and legal concerns. Mr. Rosen faithfully serves his community as its Deputy Mayor and as Marlboro Township’s Director of Economic Development. He is also the lead adult facilitator of his Town’s 1100-member Teen Advisory Committee, a youth-based organization he founded that is dedicated to developing future community leaders.
He is the proud father of two wonderful children, Aaron and Raquel, and husband to Shari, his wife of 20 years. The Rosens have re-built their lives and found happiness in Marlboro, New Jersey following the destruction of their New York City home in the September 11, 2001 terror attack.
