Firm partner Amy Carlin has extensive transactional and litigation experience in a wide variety of practice areas. She counsels individuals and corporations on general business, corporate, and contract matters including drafting and negotiating asset purchase agreements, corporate and business documents, employment, non-competition, and confidentiality agreements, licenses, distribution agreements, and commercial and residential leases.
A graduate of Brandeis University and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Amy has a broad range of experience litigating before state, federal, and appellate courts and arbitration panels and has handled complex commercial, contract, employment and non-competition, shareholder and corporate governance, real estate, landlord and tenant, construction, and matrimonial disputes.
Ms. Carlin is a Member of the Committee on State Courts of Superior Jurisdiction of the New York City Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Outside of law practice, Amy enjoys a wide array of activities including skiing, running, water sports, performing, visual, and culinary arts.
