Rose Greenberg

Rose is a Co-Chair of the Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, and Leasing practice group, and also brings her transactional expertise to the Corporate and General Counsel departments of the Firm. She attributes her zeal for real estate and business transactions to her life-long residence in New York City, where the diversity, ambition and dynamism of its people and neighborhoods reflect and influence the unique properties and businesses located there. Rose brings 20 years of experience to her work, and considers herself privileged to have maintained long-term relationships with clients who made New York City their home base – thriving on its energy and its challenges – before expanding nationally. Her clients are national retailers, fitness companies, financial institutions, real estate developers, family-owned real estate companies, and a myriad of small, mid, and large companies. Rose is also an expert in commercial condominium conversions on an exempt or “no-action” basis, and she represents Condominium Associations and Cooperative Corporations in new construction and long-established condominium and cooperative regimes.

Rose was Valedictorian of her graduating class at Hunter College of the City University of New York, Phi Beta Kappa (B.A., 1988) and graduated from New York University School of Law (J.D., 1994).
